Job Title: Junior AI Governance Specialist

Salary: $69 Per hour

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior AI Governance Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Junior AI Governance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our company's AI technologies and processes are ethically and responsibly developed and deployed. You will work closely with our AI development team and cross-functional stakeholders to establish and maintain governance policies and procedures, assess potential risks and impacts, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. The ideal candidate for this role is passionate about the responsible use of AI and has a strong understanding of ethical principles and regulations in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the AI development team to identify potential ethical risks and impacts of our AI technologies and processes.
• Develop and implement governance policies and procedures to ensure ethical and responsible use of AI.
• Review and assess AI algorithms, models, and datasets for potential biases or discrimination.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ethical considerations into all stages of AI development.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of our governance policies and procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations related to AI ethics and governance.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on ethical principles and responsible use of AI.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in AI governance, ethics, or compliance.
• Strong understanding of ethical principles and regulations related to AI.
• Knowledge of AI technologies, algorithms, and models.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
• Experience with audit and assessment processes is a plus.
