Position Title: Senior LLM Engineer

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior LLM Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior LLM Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, designing, and implementing advanced LLM (Laser, Lidar, and Microwave) systems for our company. You will play a critical role in the research, development, and testing of cutting-edge technologies that will drive our company's growth and success.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop advanced LLM systems for commercial and military applications
• Conduct research and analysis to identify new technologies and trends in the LLM field
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and test plans
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers to ensure the successful execution of projects
• Maintain and troubleshoot existing LLM systems and provide technical support to customers
• Participate in the development of project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations for LLM systems
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in LLM technology and make recommendations for improvements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and developing LLM systems
• Proven experience in project management and leading a team of engineers
• Strong knowledge of LLM technologies, including lasers, lidars, and microwaves
• Proficiency in CAD and other engineering software
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Willingness to travel for project assignments and customer support
