Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop AI applications that align with the company's goals and objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions using artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques
Utilize your expertise in AI programming languages such as Python, Java, and R to build robust and scalable applications
Lead the development of AI models and algorithms that can learn and improve over time
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies and implement them in our applications
Manage and mentor a team of AI developers and provide guidance on best practices and coding standards
Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the quality and functionality of the developed applications
Provide technical leadership and guidance in the development and implementation of AI solutions
Continuously evaluate and improve the performance of AI applications to enhance user experience and optimize business operations
Participate in conferences and workshops to present innovative ideas and stay updated on the latest trends in AI and machine learning

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 8 years of experience in AI and application development
Strong proficiency in AI programming languages such as Python, Java, and R
Proven experience in developing AI algorithms and models
In-depth knowledge of machine learning techniques and frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch)
Experience with big data tools and technologies (e.g. Hadoop, Spark) is a plus
Experience in leading and mentoring a team of AI developers
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively
Strong communication and collaboration skills
