Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of AI engineers in designing, building, and maintaining federated AI systems
Develop and implement strategies for federated learning, including data privacy, security, and scalability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Design and implement federated AI algorithms to address complex business problems
Evaluate and select appropriate federated AI technologies and tools
Ensure the quality, scalability, and performance of federated AI systems
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in federated AI and recommend improvements to existing systems
Mentor and coach team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge
Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate project progress, risks, and issues
Create and maintain technical documentation for federated AI systems
Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to team members to ensure code quality and maintainability
Contribute to the development of best practices, standards, and guidelines for federated AI development

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and deploying AI solutions, with a focus on federated learning
Strong experience in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
In-depth understanding of federated AI principles, algorithms, and technologies
Experience with popular federated AI tools and platforms, such as TensorFlow Federated, PySyft, and IBM Federated Learning
Knowledge of data privacy and security principles and techniques
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Experience in leading and mentoring a team of AI engineers is preferred
Knowledge of machine learning and deep learning techniques is a plus
