Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and identify opportunities for automation using robotic process automation (RPA) tools
Design and develop RPA solutions using industry-leading tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere
Create detailed technical documentation and test plans for RPA solutions
Conduct thorough testing and debugging of RPA solutions to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Provide support and maintenance for implemented RPA solutions
Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of RPA solutions
Stay up-to-date with the latest RPA tools and technologies to continuously improve and enhance our RPA capabilities

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in software development or automation, preferably with RPA tools
Strong programming skills in languages such as C++, Java, or Python
Experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere is a plus
Knowledge of database management and SQL is preferred
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
