Salary: $138 Per hour

Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Principal Data Strategy Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Principal Data Strategy Consultant, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and expertise to our clients in the development and implementation of data-driven strategies. You will play a critical role in helping our clients utilize data to drive business growth and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities
• Lead the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to drive business growth
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the client's industry and market trends
• Provide expert guidance on data management, data governance, and data security
• Develop and present strategic recommendations and solutions to clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor
• Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in data strategy and incorporate them into client solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of data strategies
• Participate in business development activities, including identifying new opportunities and presenting to potential clients

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in data strategy, data analytics, or a related field
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful data-driven strategies
• Extensive experience in data analysis, mining, and visualization techniques
• Strong knowledge of data management, governance, and security best practices
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong business acumen and ability to understand and translate business objectives into data strategies
• Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
