Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of AI engineers and developers to design and implement innovative AI workflows that support our company's objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements for AI solutions.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of AI technologies, tools, and techniques to continuously improve our workflows.
Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and platforms to propose new ideas and approaches for workflow enhancements.
Ensure the scalability, efficiency, and reliability of AI workflows through regular testing, monitoring, and optimization.
Mentor and train team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in AI workflow development.
Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders, including senior management and clients.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in AI development, with at least 3 years in a lead or managerial role.
Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing complex AI workflows.
Strong proficiency in AI technologies and languages, such as Python, TensorFlow, and R.
Experience with cloud-based AI platforms, such as AWS or Azure.
In-depth knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
