Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Conduct in-depth analysis of client systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement technical solutions that meet client needs.
Customize and configure our products to align with client requirements and specifications.
Provide technical training and support to clients to ensure successful adoption and usage of our products.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by clients in a timely and efficient manner.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to ensure our products and services remain competitive.
Act as a subject matter expert and provide technical guidance and advice to clients and internal teams.
Participate in the development and testing of new features and functionalities.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for clients and internal use.
Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify new opportunities for product and service offerings.
Travel to client sites as needed to provide on-site technical support and training.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical consulting role.
Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, systems analysis, and design.
Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
Experience with database management, SQL, and data analysis.
Familiarity with web-based technologies and cloud computing.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
