Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst Manager to join our growing team. As a Data Analyst Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of data analysis and management within our company. This includes ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data, identifying and analyzing trends and patterns, and providing actionable insights to drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for using data to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of data analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure their professional growth and development.
• Oversee the collection, organization, and storage of data from various sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Develop and implement data analysis strategies and methodologies to identify trends and patterns, and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide data-driven solutions to address business challenges.
• Create and maintain data dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and monitor business performance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and management, and continuously improve and optimize processes and systems.
• Communicate complex data analysis findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Lead projects related to data management and analysis, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality results.
• Train and educate team members and other stakeholders on data analysis tools and techniques.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proficient in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, and Tableau.
• Strong understanding of data management principles and experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and data visualization.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proven experience in managing and leading a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into actionable insights for decision-making.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
