Job Overview: As an ERP Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and customizing our ERP software for clients. This is a client-facing role that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of business processes. You will work closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and requirements, and then design and implement solutions that best meet their business goals. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance and support to clients during all phases of the ERP implementation process.
• Conduct in-depth needs analysis and gather client requirements to develop tailored ERP solutions.
• Configure, customize and integrate the ERP software to meet the specific business needs of each client.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.
• Train end-users on how to use the ERP software effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the ERP industry and continuously improve our software and services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of years of experience in implementing and customizing ERP software, preferably in a consulting role.
• Strong understanding of business processes, including finance, supply chain, and human resources.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
• Proven project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
