Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Architect to join our team. As a Technical Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the overall technology infrastructure of our company. Your main goal will be to ensure that our technology meets the needs of our business while also being scalable and secure. You will work closely with our development, operations, and security teams to ensure that our technology is aligned with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement technology solutions that support the company's business objectives.
• Develop and maintain technology standards, policies, and procedures.
• Assess current technology systems and make recommendations for improvements.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure that technology solutions are aligned with business requirements.
• Work with operations teams to ensure that technology systems are scalable and reliable.
• Coordinate with security teams to ensure that technology systems are secure and compliant with industry standards.
• Conduct research on emerging technologies and make recommendations for their implementation.
• Lead the evaluation and selection of new technology vendors and products.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand their technology needs.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Architect or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
• In-depth knowledge of cloud computing, networking, and cybersecurity.
• Proficient in multiple programming languages and technologies.
• Experience with enterprise-level technology systems and architectures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering technology solutions.
