Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of software developers, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure their growth and development.
Develop and implement software development strategies, processes, and best practices to improve efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and quality assurance, to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.
Plan and allocate resources, set project priorities, and track progress to ensure on-time delivery of projects.
Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
Oversee the design, development, and testing of software applications, ensuring they meet quality standards and customer requirements.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology, and recommend new tools, processes, and techniques to improve the development process.
Manage budget and resource allocation for software development projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
Strong knowledge of software development principles, methodologies, and tools.
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software projects on time and within budget.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
