About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing, designing, and implementing business processes and systems to support the company's operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, gather requirements, and translate them into functional specifications for efficient and effective system solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements.
• Conduct detailed analysis and documentation of current and future state processes.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive business process models, including process flow diagrams, use cases, and user stories.
• Identify and document functional and non-functional requirements to support system development and enhancements.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure clear understanding of business requirements and provide guidance throughout the development lifecycle.
• Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure system solutions meet business needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system functionality, data integrity, and user experience.
• Develop and maintain user training materials and provide training to end-users.
• Continuously review and improve business processes and systems to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to provide recommendations for process and system improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with business process modeling and requirements gathering techniques.
• Knowledge of system development methodologies and project management principles.
• Proficiency in using business analysis tools and techniques.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and business intelligence tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate and thorough work.
