Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Quality Manager to join our team. As a Software Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our software meets the highest standards and exceeds customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
• Lead and manage a team of quality assurance engineers to ensure efficient and effective testing of software products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and product owners, to define quality standards and ensure that they are met.
• Develop and execute test plans and test cases to identify defects and ensure functional and non-functional requirements are met.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to identify potential issues and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Continuously monitor and improve the quality of the software development process.
• Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks to increase testing efficiency and accuracy.
• Work closely with the development team to identify and resolve defects through the software development lifecycle.
• Communicate quality metrics and progress to stakeholders and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in software quality assurance to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
• Excellent understanding of software testing techniques and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
