Job Description: Lobox is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Software Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Software Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire software delivery process, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end software delivery process, from project initiation to project closure.
• Set project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation based on project requirements.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve any issues or risks.
• Communicate project status updates to all stakeholders, including team members, clients, and senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, quality assurance engineers, and project managers, to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Establish and maintain project delivery best practices, including project management methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Mentor and coach team members to continuously improve their project management skills.
• Conduct post-project reviews to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in software delivery to enhance the project delivery process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor���s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Software Delivery Manager or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of software development life cycle and project management methodologies.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.
