Salary: $152000 - $192000

Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Risk Analyst to join our team. As an IT Risk Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and managing potential risks within our company's IT systems and processes. You will work closely with our IT department and other key stakeholders to ensure that our organization is protected from potential threats and vulnerabilities. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of IT risk management principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments of our company's IT infrastructure, systems, and processes
• Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities and provide recommendations for mitigation strategies
• Develop and maintain risk management policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of risk management strategies
• Collaborate with the IT department to implement security controls and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Communicate IT risk issues and recommendations to relevant stakeholders, including senior management
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IT security trends and developments and make recommendations for improvement
• Conduct regular audits of IT systems and processes to identify potential risks and gaps in security
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business continuity and disaster recovery plans
• Participate in incident response and investigation activities when necessary
• Train employees on IT risk awareness and best practices for data protection

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in IT risk management, information security, or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and standards, such as ISO 27001 and NIST
• Experience with risk management tools and technologies
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance, such as GDPR and HIPAA
• Professional certifications in IT risk management, information security, or related fields (e.g. CRISC, CISM, CISSP) are preferred but not required
