Key Responsibilities:

Process, organize and maintain large datasets using various software and tools.
Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness.
Identify and resolve data discrepancies and errors.
Develop and implement data quality controls and procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data.
Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track data processing activities.
Continuously improve data processing procedures and systems.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
Provide support to other teams and departments with data-related inquiries.
Train and mentor junior Data Processing Specialists.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Data Processing Specialist or similar role.
Expertise in data processing and management tools such as SQL, Excel, and Access.
Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
Strong understanding of data privacy and security regulations.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain data integrity.
Ability to handle large datasets and process them efficiently.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Prior experience in a healthcare or financial industry is a plus.
