Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement data quality standards and procedures to ensure the accuracy and consistency of data
Conduct data audits to identify and resolve data quality issues
Collaborate with data owners and stakeholders to understand data requirements and business rules
Monitor data quality metrics and prepare reports on data quality issues and trends
Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to improve data quality
Develop and maintain data quality dashboards and reports to track data quality performance
Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in data quality management
Educate and train employees on data quality standards and procedures
Participate in data governance initiatives and assist in the development of data governance policies and procedures

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in data quality management or a similar role
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Proficient in SQL and other data analysis tools
Experience with data quality tools such as Informatica, Talend, or Trillium
Familiarity with data governance principles and practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance standards is a plus
