Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Robotics Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Robotics Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of our company's robotics systems and technology. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of robotics systems and technology within the company.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize areas where robotics can improve efficiency and productivity.
• Manage the design, prototyping, testing, and deployment of robotics systems.
• Ensure that robotics projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all robotics-related inquiries and requests.
• Oversee a team of robotics engineers, providing mentorship, training, and guidance as needed.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in robotics technology and identify opportunities for implementation within the company.
• Collaborate with external vendors and partners to source robotics components and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols related to robotics operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in robotics engineering and project management.
• Strong understanding of robotics systems, mechanics, and control systems.
• Experience with various robotics technologies such as sensors, motors, and actuators.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering robotics projects.
• Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
