Salary: $107 Per hour
About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Software Engineer Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of software engineers to design, develop, and implement complex software solutions. You will play a crucial role in driving the development and delivery of high-quality software products that meet and exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of software engineers to deliver high-quality and scalable software solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and define project requirements
- Design, develop, and test software solutions that meet project objectives
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project timelines
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge
- Review code changes and provide feedback to ensure quality and consistency

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools
- Excellent knowledge of software design principles and patterns
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver high-quality results
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
