Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of software developers, testers, and project managers
Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand project objectives
Allocate resources and assign tasks to team members
Conduct regular team meetings and provide guidance and support to team members
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project plans
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders, including senior management
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products that meet business requirements and user needs
Continuously improve project delivery processes and methodologies
Mentor and train team members to enhance their technical and project management skills
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in software development and project management

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development and project management
Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software development
Proven experience in managing software projects from initiation to delivery
Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience in Agile methodologies is preferred
Familiarity with project management tools and software development tools
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Team player with a collaborative mindset
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
