Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop a customized cloud migration strategy
Conduct a thorough assessment of the client's current systems and infrastructure to identify potential issues and risks
Design and implement a secure, efficient, and scalable cloud architecture
Develop a detailed migration plan, including timelines, dependencies, and resource requirements
Utilize industry best practices and tools to migrate applications, data, and services to the cloud
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the migration process
Ensure a smooth transition and minimal disruption to the client's business operations
Provide guidance and support to the client's IT team during the migration process
Monitor and optimize the performance of the cloud environment post-migration
Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in cloud technologies and recommend improvements to our cloud migration processes
Maintain documentation of the migration process and provide regular status updates to the client and internal stakeholders

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud engineering, with a focus on cloud migration
Strong knowledge of cloud computing technologies, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
Experience with infrastructure automation and configuration management tools, such as Terraform, Ansible, or Chef
Familiarity with containerization technologies, such as Docker or Kubernetes
Excellent project management and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Relevant certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, are a plus.
