Salary: $171000 - $208000

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of various technical projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects within budget and timeline while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, and budget
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Facilitate project meetings and communicate project status updates to all stakeholders
• Identify potential risks and issues and proactively develop contingency plans
• Manage project resources and allocate tasks to team members
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and exceed client expectations
• Conduct regular project evaluations and report on project progress to senior management
• Serve as the main point of contact for client communication and manage client expectations
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment to ensure project success
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve project management processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager in a fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple technical projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies
• Experience in software development, web design, or other related technical fields is preferred
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
