Job Description: Lobox is seeking an experienced IT Solutions Lead to join our dynamic team. As an IT Solutions Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of all technology solutions within the company. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and design effective solutions to meet those needs. This is a highly visible role that requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of IT solutions, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure, to support the overall business objectives.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs and provide technology recommendations to improve processes and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain IT project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Oversee the integration of new technology solutions with existing systems and processes.
• Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for their adoption or integration.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the IT team and other departments.
• Ensure the security and integrity of all IT systems and data.
• Monitor and analyze system performance to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry and company standards.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to continuously improve the company's technology solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• In-depth knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and applications.
• Proven experience in project management and delivering IT solutions on time and within budget.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of security best practices and data protection regulations.
• Experience with cloud-based technologies and virtualization.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Industry certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) are a plus.
