Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive knowledge management strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
Identify and capture key knowledge assets within the organization and ensure they are organized and easily accessible for all employees.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify knowledge gaps and develop solutions to address them.
Create and maintain a knowledge management system that allows for efficient storage, retrieval, and sharing of information.
Train and educate employees on the use of the knowledge management system and promote a culture of knowledge sharing within the organization.
Develop and maintain a taxonomy of knowledge assets to ensure consistency and accuracy of information.
Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the knowledge management strategy and make recommendations for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in knowledge management to continuously improve our processes and systems.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in information science, library science, business administration, or a related field.
Minimum of years of experience in knowledge management or a similar role.
Strong understanding of knowledge management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Experience with knowledge management systems and tools.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
