Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical guidance and leadership to a team of technical consultants
Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored technical solutions
Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex technical systems
Conduct thorough analysis and troubleshooting of technical issues, providing timely resolutions
Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, technical specifications, and progress reports
Continuously monitor and evaluate project progress, identifying potential risks and proactively proposing solutions
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding of project timelines, deliverables, and outcomes
Mentor and train junior members of the team, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, incorporating them into project strategies and recommendations

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical consulting role
Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing projects from conception to completion
In-depth knowledge of various technical systems, including but not limited to, software development, cloud computing, and data analytics
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box and propose innovative solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Willingness to travel as needed to client sites
