Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and maintenance of our backend systems.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in backend development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of backend technologies such as Java, Python, Node.js, and frameworks like Spring, Django, and Express.
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases like MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools like Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira or Trello.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
