Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of data scientists in the development and implementation of data-driven solutions that support business objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and opportunities and define data requirements
Design and execute data analyses using statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms
Develop predictive models and algorithms to support decision making and drive business value
Communicate complex analytical findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in data science and technology and identify opportunities for their application in the organization
Mentor and coach junior members of the data science team, providing guidance and support in their professional development
Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and timeliness of data-driven solutions and provide quality control over team deliverables
Collaborate with data engineers to identify data sources, design data pipelines, and ensure data quality and integrity
Manage and prioritize multiple projects and deliverables, ensuring timely and successful completion
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and provide data-driven insights and solutions

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
Minimum of years of experience in a data science role, with demonstrated experience in leading a team
Strong experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and big data technologies (e.g. AWS, Hadoop, Spark)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex concepts and analysis to non-technical stakeholders
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions
Proven track record of delivering high-quality, data-driven solutions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Experience in the Information Technology & Services is a plus
