Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced IT Delivery Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. As the IT Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of IT projects and initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the business requirements. This is a leadership role that requires exceptional project management skills, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive delivery strategy and roadmap for all IT projects and initiatives.
• Lead and manage a team of project managers and IT professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure project success.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
• Set project timelines, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues, proactively implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
• Manage project budgets and resources, making adjustments as needed to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
• Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and accessible for future reference.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying and implementing best practices to enhance project delivery processes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to inform project strategy and decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Project management certification (PMP) is highly desirable.
• Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience in the IT industry is a plus.
