You will be responsible for leading a team of data architects and engineers to develop and maintain data infrastructure, ensuring the accuracy, availability, and security of our clients' data. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and translate them into data architecture solutions that support their objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of data architects and engineers in the design, development, and maintenance of data architecture solutions.
• Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into data architecture solutions.
• Conduct data analysis and develop data models to support business requirements.
• Develop and maintain data governance policies, procedures, and standards to ensure the accuracy, availability, and security of data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data-related issues.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data architecture and advise the team on new technologies and tools.
• Mentor and coach team members to ensure their professional growth and development.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and issues to senior management and clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data architecture, including 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data governance principles.
• Proficiency in SQL and data modeling tools.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience in the technology industry is preferred.
