Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Application Developer Lead to join our dynamic team. As the Application Developer Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of innovative software solutions. In this role, you will lead a team of developers and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software development, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for creating cutting-edge applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of developers to design, develop, and implement software solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members
• Develop and maintain high-quality, efficient, and reusable code
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in software development

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development
• Proven experience in leading a team of developers
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
• Experience with front-end development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Knowledge of database design and SQL
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
