Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Quality Assurance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. Your attention to detail, critical thinking, and strong analytical skills will be essential in identifying and resolving issues to deliver high-quality software to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for our software products
• Conduct functional, regression, and integration testing to identify and report software defects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software quality and adherence to project timelines
• Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools
• Analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvements in software design and functionality
• Participate in design and code reviews to ensure quality and testability of software products
• Continuously improve the QA process and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness
• Keep up-to-date with industry standards and best practices for software testing and quality assurance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software quality assurance
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience with web-based and mobile application testing
• Proficient in creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Familiarity with Agile development methodology
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment
• ISTQB or other software testing certification is a plus
