Job Summary: As the IT Infrastructure Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of our company's IT infrastructure. You will work closely with the IT team to ensure that all systems and processes are operating efficiently and effectively. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and security systems.
• Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure the security and reliability of the company's infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement technology solutions that support business objectives.
• Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of projects.
• Monitor and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, performing regular maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for improvements to the company's IT infrastructure.
• Oversee the procurement of hardware, software, and other technology resources, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compatibility with existing systems.
• Conduct regular audits of the company's IT infrastructure to identify any potential vulnerabilities and implement appropriate security measures.
• Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure the company's IT systems can withstand any potential disruptions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for any IT infrastructure-related issues and provide timely resolution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT infrastructure role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure components, including servers, networks, storage, and security systems.
• Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies, such as AWS or Azure.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of ITIL and other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
• Certification in relevant technologies is a plus.
