Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Management Specialist to join our team. As a Data Management Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and security of our company's data. You will work closely with various departments to collect, organize, and analyze data to inform business decisions and improve overall efficiency. The role requires a proactive and analytical mindset, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement data management policies and procedures to ensure data quality, accuracy, and security
• Oversee the collection, organization, and storage of data from various sources, including databases and spreadsheets
• Review and cleanse data to identify and correct any errors or inconsistencies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and requirements
• Design and maintain data models, data dictionaries, and other data management tools
• Develop and maintain data reports and dashboards to provide insights and trends to stakeholders
• Monitor and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices
• Train and educate team members on data management protocols and processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Management, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in data management, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in SQL, Excel, and other data management tools
• Knowledge of data modeling and database design principles
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations, such as GDPR and CCPA
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large datasets
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
