Salary: $107 Per hour

Are you a highly skilled and experienced backend engineer looking to take on a leadership role? Our company is seeking a talented Backend Engineer Lead to join our growing team. As the Backend Engineer Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of our company's backend systems. You will work closely with our cross-functional team to ensure the seamless integration of our front-end and back-end systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of backend engineers in the development and maintenance of our company's backend systems
• Collaborate with our product and design teams to understand project requirements and provide technical expertise
• Design, develop, and implement highly scalable and reliable backend systems
• Ensure the security and integrity of our systems by implementing best practices and industry standards
• Oversee the testing and deployment of backend systems and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
• Conduct regular code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our backend systems

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience as a backend engineer, with at least 2 years in a leadership or mentorship role
• Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, or Ruby
• Extensive experience with backend frameworks such as Node.js, Django, or Spring
• Solid understanding of database design and management, including SQL and NoSQL databases
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple priorities
