Salary: $228000 - $256000

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Machine Learning Engineer Lead to join our dynamic team. As the Machine Learning Engineer Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of cutting-edge machine learning solutions to solve complex business problems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of machine learning engineers to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and systems.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for machine learning solutions.
• Conduct research and experiments to identify and evaluate new machine learning algorithms, techniques, and tools.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure to support machine learning model training and deployment.
• Develop and implement data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques to ensure the quality and performance of machine learning models.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning models into production systems.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of machine learning models in production, and identify and resolve issues and bugs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and artificial intelligence and apply them to solve business problems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning models and systems.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or C++.
• Extensive experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Proven track record of leading and mentoring a team of machine learning engineers.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
