Overview: Lobox is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Software Delivery Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Software Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of software products and solutions to our clients. Your role will involve coordinating with various teams such as project management, development, quality assurance, and support to ensure the successful delivery of software projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of software products and solutions to clients, ensuring on-time and within budget delivery.
• Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and resources required for successful delivery.
• Work closely with development and quality assurance teams to ensure that software products meet client requirements and adhere to quality standards.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and leadership.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential roadblocks, proactively taking corrective action to keep projects on track.
• Ensure that all project documentation, including project plans, requirements, and specifications, are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to all stakeholders.
• Oversee the deployment of software products to client environments, ensuring a smooth and seamless transition.
• Work closely with the support team to address any post-deployment issues and ensure client satisfaction.
• Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of software delivery processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor���s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software delivery or project management.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering software projects on time and within budget.
• In-depth knowledge of software development processes and methodologies.
• Experience working in an Agile environment is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
