Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full-Stack Engineer Lead to join our growing team. As a Full-Stack Engineer Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our web-based applications. You will work closely with our cross-functional team of designers, developers, and project managers to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Full-Stack Engineers in the design, development, and implementation of web-based applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.
• Develop and maintain scalable and secure code for web-based applications.
• Troubleshoot and debug code to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
• Mentor and coach junior team members, providing technical guidance and support.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in Full-Stack development and incorporate them into our projects.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to provide regular updates on project progress and identify any potential roadblocks.
• Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products within the allocated budget and timeline.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the development team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Full-Stack development.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of Full-Stack Engineers.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and experience with frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• In-depth knowledge of server-side languages such as Java, Python, or PHP.
• Experience with database management, specifically SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality products.
