Position Summary: We are looking for a skilled and passionate IT Training Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an IT Training Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing training programs for our employees to enhance their technical skills and knowledge. You will work closely with the IT team to identify the training needs of our employees and develop tailored programs to meet those needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT and experience in developing and delivering training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver training programs to enhance the technical skills of our employees.
• Collaborate with the IT team to identify training needs and develop training plans to meet those needs.
• Create training materials such as manuals, presentations, and online learning modules.
• Conduct training sessions in person or through virtual platforms.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary changes to improve their impact.
• Develop and maintain training schedules and track employee participation.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in technology to ensure training programs are relevant and current.
• Provide ongoing support to employees and answer any questions related to training programs.
• Monitor the progress of employees and provide feedback to help them improve their skills.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of training materials.
• Manage the training budget and track training expenses.
• Maintain records of training materials, attendance, and feedback.
• Stay informed about the company's IT systems, policies, and procedures to ensure training programs align with the company's goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT training and development.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of various IT systems, software, and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and virtual training platforms.
• Experience with e-learning development tools is a plus.
• Certifications in training and development are preferred.
