We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Software Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our software development department. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our software development processes, as well as managing a team of software engineers and developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the software development department, including project planning, resource allocation, and task delegation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of software projects, while maintaining a high-quality standard.
• Develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline operations and improve efficiency within the software development department.
• Monitor and track project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively address any issues that may arise.
• Manage and mentor a team of software engineers and developers, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members to drive continuous improvement.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in software development, and make recommendations for the adoption of new technologies and tools to improve processes and drive innovation.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and participate in client meetings to understand their needs and provide technical expertise and support.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of years of experience in software development, with at least years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing software development projects and teams.
• Strong technical background and understanding of software development methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their full potential.
• Proactive and results-driven mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
