About the Role: As an IT Implementation Specialist at Lobox, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation of new IT systems and technologies. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire implementation process, from planning and designing to testing and training. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and an ability to work collaboratively with different teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that meet the business needs.
• Develop and maintain project plans for IT implementations, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of hardware, software, and other IT components.
• Configure and test new systems to ensure they meet the functional and technical requirements.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure a smooth transition to the new systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the implementation process.
• Document and maintain accurate records of the implementation process, including project updates, issues, and resolutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT implementation, project management, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of IT systems and technologies, including hardware, software, and networking.
• Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering IT projects on time and within budget.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
