Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of systems architects in the development of innovative and efficient system designs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Develop and maintain system architecture blueprints, standards, and guidelines
Ensure that systems and solutions align with overall business objectives and are scalable, reliable, and secure
Conduct regular system assessments to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions
Stay updated on industry advancements and emerging technologies to continuously improve our systems and processes
Manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards
Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve system issues and provide technical expertise and support as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Minimum of 8 years of experience in systems architecture, design, and development
Proven experience in managing and leading teams to deliver successful system implementations
Strong understanding of software and system development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies
In-depth knowledge of system integration, data architecture, and networking principles
Experience with cloud-based solutions and technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
