Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Quality Lead to join our dynamic team. As the Data Quality Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of our company's data. You will work closely with various departments to identify and resolve data quality issues, develop data quality standards, and implement processes to maintain data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the data quality team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the team's success in maintaining high-quality data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data quality issues and develop solutions to address them.
• Develop and implement data quality standards, policies, and procedures to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Monitor data quality and perform regular audits to identify and resolve any data discrepancies or errors.
• Work with IT teams to ensure data quality measures are implemented within data systems and processes.
• Develop and maintain data quality dashboards and reports to track and communicate data quality metrics to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for data quality improvement and work with teams to implement data quality best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data quality management and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data management, with at least 2 years in a data quality leadership role.
• Strong understanding of data quality concepts, methodologies, and tools.
• Experience with data quality analysis, data profiling, and data cleansing techniques.
• Proficient in SQL and experience with data query and manipulation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in project management and change management.
• Knowledge of data governance principles is a plus.
