Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of digital systems professionals, including developers, analysts, and technicians.
Develop and implement strategies to improve and optimize our digital systems and platforms.
Identify and assess new digital technologies and tools to enhance our digital capabilities.
Oversee the development, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all digital systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of digital systems with other business functions.
Monitor and analyze system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and external partners to support the company's digital initiatives.
Ensure compliance with all relevant data privacy and security regulations.
Develop and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for digital systems and processes.
Provide regular updates and reports to upper management on the status of digital systems and initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of successfully managing and implementing digital systems.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
Extensive knowledge of digital technologies, including web development, data analytics, and content management systems.
Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
