Job Title: IT Delivery Lead

Location: San Francisco, California, United States

Salary: $107 Per hour

Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated IT Delivery Lead to join our dynamic team. As the IT Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of IT projects and initiatives within our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of IT solutions that meet business objectives and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of IT projects and initiatives from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, and regularly communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, project managers, developers, and quality assurance, to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
• Proactively identify and mitigate any potential risks or issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables.
• Provide regular project status updates to senior management and other stakeholders, highlighting any changes or potential roadblocks.
• Ensure project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible for all team members.
• Manage project budgets and resources, including tracking and reporting on project expenses.
• Oversee the testing and quality assurance process, ensuring all deliverables meet the required quality standards.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the IT delivery team.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in project management and IT delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team to deliver results.
• Experience working in an Agile environment is preferred.
• PMP certification is an asset.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
