We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Governance Manager to join our dynamic team at Lobox. As the IT Governance Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing IT governance policies, procedures, and controls to ensure the efficient and effective use of technology within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain IT governance frameworks, policies, and procedures in alignment with industry standards and best practices.
• Create and manage IT risk management processes, including risk assessments, mitigation strategies, and monitoring mechanisms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of IT governance principles into all aspects of the organization.
• Conduct audits and reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of IT governance processes and controls.
• Develop and deliver training and awareness programs to promote a culture of IT governance within the organization.
• Monitor and report on IT governance metrics, trends, and issues to senior management and stakeholders.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve and enhance IT governance practices.
• Lead the development and implementation of disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure the continuity of IT operations in the event of a disruption.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to IT governance, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and service level agreements.
• Provide guidance and support to IT teams and business units on IT governance-related matters.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT governance, risk management, or compliance roles.
• Strong knowledge of IT governance frameworks such as COBIT, ITIL, and ISO 27001.
• Experience in developing and implementing IT governance policies, procedures, and controls.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• CISA, CISM, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
