Position Overview: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training Specialist to join our team. As a Training Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and delivering effective training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, adult learning principles, and training delivery methods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop training programs for various departments and job roles within the organization.
• Conduct training needs assessments to identify knowledge and skill gaps.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and content for training materials.
• Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and delivery methods to engage participants and ensure effective learning.
• Develop and deliver training sessions in person and virtually, using various platforms and technology.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback from participants.
• Continuously update and improve training materials based on feedback and industry trends.
• Partner with managers to identify and address performance issues through training interventions.
• Assist in the implementation of new processes and systems, providing training and support to employees.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment of training materials and programs.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in instructional design and training delivery.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training development methodologies.
• Proficient in using virtual training platforms and technology.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
• Experience in developing and delivering compliance and technical training is a plus.
