Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Technical Lead Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Technical Lead Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of technical professionals to ensure the successful delivery of our company's projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of technical professionals, including developers, engineers, and designers.
• Plan, organize, and oversee the execution of projects, ensuring that they are completed within budget, scope, and timeline.
• Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, encouraging their professional growth and development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews to monitor progress, identify areas for improvement, and provide feedback and support.
• Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve our company's technical capabilities.
• Identify and resolve any technical issues or roadblocks that may arise during project execution.
• Communicate project status updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, innovation, and excellence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
• Proven experience in managing and delivering successful projects.
• Strong technical background in software development, web development, or a related field.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
