Salary: $247000 - $320000

Overview: We are seeking an experienced IT Solutions Manager Lead to join our dynamic team. As the IT Solutions Manager Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of all technology solutions within our organization. You will work closely with the IT department and other key stakeholders to ensure that all technology solutions align with the company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's technology infrastructure and business processes.
• Identify, analyze, and recommend new technology solutions that will improve efficiency and productivity.
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of new technology solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.
• Oversee the maintenance and support of existing technology solutions, ensuring they are performing at optimal levels and addressing any issues that may arise.
• Work closely with the IT team to develop and implement technology standards, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address any technology-related issues or challenges.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements, and make recommendations for incorporating them into the company's technology strategy.
• Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their success.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with technology vendors, negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships.
• Communicate regularly with senior management and other key stakeholders to provide updates on technology initiatives and projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of technology solutions, including hardware, software, networking, and security.
• Experience managing and leading a team of IT professionals.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing technology solutions in a complex environment.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven experience in negotiating with technology vendors.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or CISM are a plus.
