Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop AI solutions to meet those needs
Design, develop, and implement AI models and algorithms based on machine learning, deep learning, and other AI techniques
Collect, clean, and analyze data to identify patterns and trends, and use this information to train and improve AI models
Develop and maintain data pipelines to ensure continuous data flow for AI models
Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI models, and make necessary adjustments to improve accuracy and efficiency
Stay current with the latest developments in AI and machine learning, and identify opportunities to apply new technologies to our business processes
Communicate complex technical concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AI systems, and proactively identify and resolve any issues that arise
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure proper integration of AI systems with existing software and infrastructure
Train and mentor junior AI team members, and provide guidance and support on AI best practices and methodologies

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and implementing AI algorithms and models
Strong knowledge of machine learning and deep learning techniques, including neural networks, decision trees, and natural language processing
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and Java, and experience working with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras
Experience with data manipulation and analysis using SQL and other database tools
Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and experience with deploying AI models in a cloud environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and innovate solutions to complex business problems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Passion for artificial intelligence and a strong desire to stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the field
